Learning to learn is the next goal of education
The programs are designed to function at several levels - depending on staff background and experience.

Introductory Level:

This level presumes little or no background in the topic area on the part of participants. Activities and materials are provided to give participants a working knowledge of the topic area.

Intermediate Level:

This level assumes participants have been introduced to the topic and have been encouraged to utilize the information and/or skill in their classroom. Activities and materials are provided to extend participant skills to a mastery or pre-mastery level. (Mastery requires successful utilization in the classroom or other appropriate setting.)

Advanced Level:

At this level, participants have demonstrated mastery and the outcome of the seminar is to assist participants in becoming coaches. An additional outcome is to have participants able to move beyond this level to become generative in developing new patterns.
