These and other programs are available through WRH Consulting Group's Management Seminars Division.
The seminars are designed to be stand-alone or coordinated into a development program to fit the needs of your organization.

Typically, seminars follow a format of one-, two-, or three-hour programs and are able to expand to day-long and multiple-day trainings.

WRH Consulting Group is able to provide these programs as off-the-shelf generic trainings or we are able to customize the training outcome to meet your organizational needs. This decision is yours, however we would like to help you determine needs.

Needs Assessment Services:

Organizations may take advantage of our Needs Assessment Service. In this on-site service, we will review policies and procedures, interview personnel, and develop a report which will highlight successes and where improvement efforts may be directed. If requested, we will indicate where training would be effective and/or where policy and procedural changes would produce the desired effects.
